2019 BASEBALL TEAM SPONSORSHIP DRIVE
For over 70 years, the Yorktown Athletic Club (YAC) has relied solely on the support of the community to help run our youth sports programs. That support has come from a 100% volunteer organization and from the financial assistance of local businesses like yours.
For the 2019 Spring Baseball Season we expect to have over 400 children playing baseball on more than 35 teams, ranging in age from 4 to 12 years old. To help us have a successful and fun season, and offer much-needed additional improvements to both the fields and the equipment, we are asking if you are interested in sponsoring a baseball team.
The families in the program truly appreciate the local companies and organizations that support the YAC programs. Last year, we successfully implemented a sponsor recognition program on our website, and I received many comments from the sponsors that they were very happy with this. It was very effective, and we plan to continue that this year. See www.yacbaseball.com for a list of 2019 sponsors.
Additionally, the sponsor name is very prominently located on the back of each uniform. Hopefully, you have seen the hundreds of kids wearing them around town last year. It can be your name on the jerseys this year!
New this year! The YAC will ask all coaches to contact their sponsors (who wish to be contacted) at least once during the season. There were several requests last year by sponsors who wanted to do something special for their team – send pizzas, or give them ice cream, etc. No one is obligated, but it’s an option for those who wish to participate in this way.
Click here to find the sponsorship form. Please complete the form and send your tax deductible check today. Any questions you can contact me at 914-318-8275, or email me at email@example.com. If you know someone that would like to sponsor a team, please forward them a copy of the form. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Please show the community that you care...
be a part of the Yorktown baseball family!
